Overview : We are in search of an adept IT Project Coordinator specializing in Software Tools Maintenance, Customer Integrations, and Product Information Management.

This role revolves around ensuring the seamless operation of our development processes and facilitating efficient reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess robust project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and thrive in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities : Maintain and provide training for all Software Tools : · Oversee and manage various software tools such as Seller Cloud, Odoo, Salsify, and others.

Provide training and support to team members and end-users for optimal tool utilization.· Stay updated on software tool updates and features to maximize organizational benefits.

Onboard and Maintain Customer Integrations : · Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers to ensure smooth integration with our systems.

Manage existing customer integrations and troubleshoot any arising issues.· Collaborate with the development team for implementing custom integrations as required.

Manage Product Information : · Supervise product information systems to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Work with product management and marketing teams to align product information with business requirements.Lead and Coordinate Reporting Activities : · Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and design actionable dashboards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.· Continuously optimize reporting dashboards for accuracy, relevance, and usability.

Requirements : · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or 3 years of related field experience.· Demonstrated experience in IT project management, preferably in similar capacities.

  • Strong technical background with exposure to software development or integration projects.· Familiarity with software tools such as Seller Cloud, Odoo, Salsify, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.· Proficiency in reporting dashboard tools like Power BI, Tableau is advantageous.
