Qualifications
Requis
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in good standing with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- 5 to10 years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
- Minimum 3 years of direct traffic signal design experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC).
- Experience applying applicable transportation standards, including OTM Book 12, OPSD, and OPSS.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience delivering electrical systems for transportation or municipal infrastructure projects.

- Gérer de A à Z les productions de photoshoots, incluant la recherche de talents et de lieux, la gestion des contrats et la négociation budgétaire.
- Planifier et superviser la logistique complète des tournages, couvrant l'équipement, les déplacements, l'hébergement de l'équipe, les séances de casting, demandes de permis et autres.

Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.

Vous souhaitez contribuer à des transformations qui répondent aux besoins des épargnants et se traduisent en priorités d’affaires, en décisions concrètes et en impacts mesurables?
Le Fonds de solidarité FTQ est en pleine transformation d’affaires et fait évoluer son écosystème numérique afin d’offrir une expérience plus simple, cohérente et personnalisée à ses épargnants, représentants locaux et employeurs. Nous recherchons un(e) conseiller(ère) en expérience client capable d’appuyer les initiatives de transformation en s’appuyant sur la voix du client, les données et une compréhension fine des impacts sur les parcours, les systèmes, les processus et les équipes.
Ce n’est pas un mandat de mesure de satisfaction ni uniquement de structuration de la voix du client : c’est un rôle de transformation. La personne devra relier les besoins exprimés ou observés, les données quantitatives et qualitatives, les dépendances organisationnelles et les objectifs d’affaires afin d’aider les équipes à prioriser, concevoir et réaliser des améliorations concrètes pour l’épargnant.
Votre rôle
- Soutenir les initiatives de transformation de l’expérience client en traduisant les besoins des épargnants en priorités, en décisions d’affaires et en plans d’action concrets.
- Structurer, exploiter et faire évoluer la voix du client comme levier essentiel pour éclairer les transformations, comprendre les irritants, objectiver les besoins et suivre les résultats.
- Analyser les données clients issues de différentes sources, comme les sondages, les verbatims, les parcours numériques, les interactions avec les équipes, les tests utilisateurs et les indicateurs opérationnels, afin d’en dégager des constats robustes, actionnables et utiles à la transformation.

- Bâtir une histoire claire de la transformation en reliant les initiatives, parfois livrées en mode projet et parfois en mode programme, afin de garder une vision cohérente et concrète du point de vue de l’épargnant.
- Appuyer les équipes internes dans la conception et le déploiement de leurs plans de transformation de l’expérience client, en identifiant les impacts opérationnels, les conditions de succès, les indicateurs de performance et les bénéfices attendus.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de données, d’intelligence d’affaires, de commercialisation, de produits, d’opérations, de technologies et de canaux numériques afin de transformer les constats clients en décisions d’affaires.
- Animer des ateliers d’expérience client avec les secteurs d’affaires, les équipes projets et, lorsque requis, les clients, pour aligner les besoins, les impacts et les actions à mettre en œuvre.
- Effectuer un suivi rigoureux des résultats et des bénéfices des initiatives en expérience client, et communiquer clairement les apprentissages, les arbitrages et les progrès aux parties prenantes.

Ce que nous recherchons
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, option marketing, expérience client, analytique, transformation numérique ou l’équivalent.
- Cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente en expérience client, transformation numérique, analyse de données clients, parcours client ou amélioration continue.
- Expérience démontrée avec des démarches ou plateformes de voix du client, incluant la collecte, l’analyse, la priorisation et la mise en action des apprentissages clients.
- Solide capacité d’analyse de données clients : savoir poser les bonnes questions d’affaires, interpréter des données quantitatives et qualitatives, dégager des tendances et vulgariser les constats pour soutenir la prise de décision.

Une famille privée recherche une Assistante Personnelle Exécutive (EPA) expérimentée, hautement organisée et discrète afin d’offrir un soutien administratif et personnel complet à un dirigeant et à sa famille pendant son congé de maternité.
L’Assistante Personnelle Exécutive sera responsable de la gestion de calendriers complexes, de l’organisation des déplacements, de la prise en charge de l’administration personnelle, et agira en tant qu’interlocutrice clé entre le dirigeant, la famille, le personnel de l’entreprise, le/la gestionnaire de domaine (Estate Manager) et l’équipe du foyer.
La candidate idéale est proactive, débrouillarde et très adaptable, avec un excellent jugement et la capacité d’anticiper les besoins et de gérer les priorités de manière autonome. Soutien exécutif et administratif

Coordination des événements et du foyer

- S’assurer que toute la documentation requise pour le transport et la livraison est complétée avec exactitude;

- Respecter toutes les procédures de santé et de sécurité lors du chargement, du déchargement, de l’arrimage du chargement et du transport;
