Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Reliability Clearance, 10+ years) to support Data Management initiatives for a web based digital platform
Join a public sector modernization initiative supporting regulatory change and application development activities within a Data Management environment. This role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing detailed user stories, and supporting solution alignment across development and UX teams in an Agile setting. The position offers exposure to large-scale business process transformation initiatives supporting critical public sector programs.

Must Haves
- Reliability Clearance currently valid
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst supporting application development and regulatory change initiatives
- Hands-on work with Data Management (data traceability, data governance, data quality)
- Collaboration with UX teams and development teams on solution design and requirements alignment
Responsibilities
- Consult stakeholders individually and in group sessions to identify business requirements
- Facilitate brainstorming, backlog refinement, and planning sessions with clients and development teams
- Write user stories with acceptance criteria to capture stakeholder needs
- Produce process flow, swim lane, context, and status diagrams to illustrate required features
- Analyze current and future state business processes to document “as is” and “to be” views
- Support the Product Owner in populating and refining the Product Backlog within Agile SCRUM teams
