We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Cloud Operations team as Azure Cloud Engineers / Cloud Support Engineers.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, Microsoft Azure services, networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting skills.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in cloud technologies while working with enterprise customers and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and support Azure cloud environments.
- Assist in deploying and managing Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and App Services.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and application-related issues.
- Support incident management, problem resolution, and service requests.
- Monitor system health, alerts, and performance metrics using Azure monitoring tools.
- Configure and manage user access through Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID).
- Perform basic cloud security and compliance checks.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cloud engineers, developers, and infrastructure teams.
- Learn and adopt Azure best practices and emerging cloud technologies.
