We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Product Owner to lead enterprise-wide AI enablement and deployment initiatives across a global organization. The role will focus on the deployment, integration, governance, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise AI products including Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Grok, Gemini, and other emerging AI platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management, product ownership, AI governance, stakeholder management, and enterprise technology experience to drive complex, multi-region initiatives from discovery through rollout, adoption, and operational handover.

Responsabilités clés

  • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI enablement initiatives from planning and governance through execution, hypercare, and operational handover.
  • Act as Product Owner for the AI portfolio, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, defining features, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable AI product capabilities while balancing security, legal, compliance, and business priorities.
  • Establish and manage integrated project plans, RAID logs, decision records, scope baselines, dependencies, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate the configuration, deployment, integration, and scaling of AI products in alignment with enterprise security and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Platform Engineering and Level 3 teams to enable automation, environment readiness, integrations, and operational support.
  • Coordinate integrations with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, ServiceNow, Azure OpenAI, SSO/SCIM, and DLP/Purview.
  • Lead AI risk assessments, design reviews, governance activities, and compliance validation.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy, responsible AI, model usage, access control, encryption, and audit requirements.
  • Define AI adoption, training, communication, and enablement strategies.
  • Establish and monitor OKRs, SLAs, usage, performance, cost efficiency, and adoption metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement and accelerate delivery of new AI capabilities within defined security and compliance guardrails.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business, technology, security, legal, compliance, engineering, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications requises

  • 8+ years of technology project/program management experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-country, global, or regulated-industry technology programs; financial services experience preferred.
  • Direct experience leading enterprise deployments of AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based products.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, enterprise AI platforms, and integration patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of AI governance, risk management, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience implementing or coordinating controls such as DLP/Purview, audit logging, access management, encryption, SSO, and responsible-AI policies.
  • Experience with connectors and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting concepts such as Python and PowerShell.
  • Strong experience with product backlog management, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
  • Excellent risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • PMP and/or Scrum certification is an asset.
  • Bilingual English/French is strongly preferred.

Conditions de travail

  • Montreal-based, onsite role with collaboration across global time zones.
  • Work within a follow-the-sun operating model across Montreal and Bengaluru.
  • Act as the single product owner/contact for an assigned AI product while maintaining broad awareness of the overall AI portfolio.
  • Ensure structured handover of open items, risks, and operational activities across shifts.
