Overview: TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients world-wide. Position: Information Security Engineer Location: Montr al QC H3A 2A6 Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Shift: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Assist with defining the technical solution and adapt the remediation to local (Americas) specificities
- Formalize and draft processes with associated controls
- Archiving
- Manual and bulk tagging
- Use of LLM tool to classify
- Quarantine processes (file level and share level)
- Ensure that all stakeholders (business owners, 2nd Line, CISO ) are aligned with the proposed processes
- Help with the first remediation campaign for the AMER region, and handover to the headcount that will perform the controls as "business as usual".
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, communication skills (comfortable speaking with all levels of management), proficient in MS office suite (Technical background a plus, Python scripting abilities a plus)
- Experience in data classification, and in procedure/control design
- Knowledge in shared drives, SharePoint structure and data ownership governance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (prior knowledge of the Client CIB environment is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field preferred
- Info Security experience preferred
- Knowledge of scripting/automation preferred
