We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to support the implementation, migration, administration, and maintenance of enterprise SAP landscapes, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP Basis administration, SAP HANA, system migrations, performance optimization, and landscape management within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Responsabilités clés

SAP S/4HANA Migration & Implementation

• Support end-to-end migration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

• Install, configure, and administer SAP S/4HANA systems following SAP best practices.

• Manage SAP landscapes, including Development, QA, and Production environments.

• Perform system copies, client copies, refreshes, and Transport Management System (TMS) administration.

• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, cloud, and SAP teams for sizing, high availability, disaster recovery, and system configuration.

• Support SAP S/4HANA APIs and integration requirements.

SAP Basis Administration & Support

• Provide SAP Basis administration and production support for:

  • SAP S/4HANA

  • SAP ECC

  • SAP BPC

  • SAP FI-AA (Fixed Assets)

  • SAP FI-AP (Accounts Payable)

• Perform system monitoring, health checks, performance tuning, kernel upgrades, and patch management.

• Manage SAP users, roles, authorizations, SNC, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

• Troubleshoot system, database, transport, and connectivity issues while ensuring high system availability.

Landscape & Release Management

• Manage SAP system landscapes across multiple environments.

• Coordinate transport management, release planning, deployments, and change management activities.

• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, security, and operational standards.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, deployment guides, and operational procedures.

Compétences et expérience requises

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration.

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA installation, migration, upgrades, and system conversion.

• Experience supporting SAP ECC, SAP BPC, SAP FI-AA, and SAP FI-AP environments.

• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA Database Administration, including backup/recovery, system replication, and performance tuning.

• Experience managing Transport Management System (TMS), system copies, client copies, and landscape administration.

• Good understanding of Linux/Unix administration and virtualization technologies.

• Strong knowledge of IBM DB2 Database Administration.

• Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures.

• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compétences préférées

• Experience with ABAP debugging and transport troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of Snowflake, ETL processes, SAP data extraction, and SAP-to-Snowflake migration.

• Familiarity with SAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

• Experience working in Financial Services or Capital Markets environments.

• SAP Certifications such as C_TADM_23, C_HANADEV, or equivalent are preferred.
