Process Specialist

• Validate the methodological compliance of processes and their deliverables.

• Develop automation scripts within Enterprise Architect (EA) for BPMN models.

• Collaborate with the Business Architecture Advisor to ensure consistency between Archimate and BPMN models.

• Identify process modeling elements requiring arbitration and propose solutions.

• Participate in the process validation committee.

• Provide guidance to business analysts on best practices for using process modeling tools.

• Assist the team lead in monitoring the evolution of business process modeling methodologies and proposing improvements.

• Support the team lead in maintaining guides and internal documentation.

Ce que vous devez avoir

• Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent (must provide a copy of the degree).

• Experience:

  Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Information Technology field.

  Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process modeling using BPMN 2.0.

  Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a Quebec government organization or ministry.

• Certifications: Must hold one of the following authorized certifications (must provide proof):

  IIBA - CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)

  IIBA - CBAP

  PMI - PBA

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems) for modeling and documentation.

  Functional knowledge of UML.

  Functional knowledge of Archimate (if lacking, training will be provided).

  Functional knowledge of project management and documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Atlassian suite).

• Languages: Full proficiency in French (5/5).
