Tasks
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the mechanical assembly team to achieve production objectives.
- Plan, assign, and coordinate tasks according to priorities and deadlines.
- Participate in the assembly of mechanical systems and automated equipment, ranging from simple subassemblies to more complex projects.
- Ensure the integration of mechanical components in accordance with drawings and technical instructions.
- Perform and oversee quality inspections before product shipment.
- Support team members in resolving technical and operational issues.
- Ensure the accuracy of information entered into internal systems to maintain rigorous operational tracking.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the optimization of assembly and warehouse processes.
- Report any irregularities or missing information that could impact quality or production timelines.
- Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
- Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in team supervision or coordination.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and pneumatic tools.
- Experience with data entry and/or computerized production systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
