Tasks

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the mechanical assembly team to achieve production objectives.
  • Plan, assign, and coordinate tasks according to priorities and deadlines.
  • Participate in the assembly of mechanical systems and automated equipment, ranging from simple subassemblies to more complex projects.
  • Ensure the integration of mechanical components in accordance with drawings and technical instructions.
  • Perform and oversee quality inspections before product shipment.
  • Support team members in resolving technical and operational issues.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information entered into internal systems to maintain rigorous operational tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the optimization of assembly and warehouse processes.
  • Report any irregularities or missing information that could impact quality or production timelines.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience in team supervision or coordination.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and pneumatic tools.
  • Experience with data entry and/or computerized production systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
