Job Overview: As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions for our clients. Responsabilités

• Client Consultation:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and security needs related to identity and access management.
  • Assess current IAM processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Solution Design:
  • Develop comprehensive IAM strategies and architectures tailored to meet client objectives.
  • Design and implement IAM solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on.
• Implementation and Integration:
  • Lead the implementation of IAM solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
  • Configure and customize IAM tools and technologies to align with client specifications.
• Policy Development:
  • Define and enforce access control policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
  • Develop and document IAM policies and procedures for client organizations.
• Risk Management:
  • Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management, identifying and mitigating potential security threats.
  • Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and industry trends to proactively address potential risks.
• Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders on IAM processes and best practices.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related issues.

Qualifications requises pour réussir dans ce rôle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IAM Consultant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Experience with IAM tools such as - IGA(Sailpoint , Savyint),CIAM( Forgerock,Okta ), PAM (CyberArk, Beyond Trust ) .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM certifications) are a plus.
• Bilingual support capability.
• Ability to receive reliability clearance.
