Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect – Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) & Apex

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud). The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong exposure to solution architecture, LWC, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce Technical Architects are responsible for overseeing and guiding the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation, working closely with business teams, stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for the organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including pricing, quoting, contracts, and billing.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Maintain and update CPQ applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product rules, price rules, quote templates, and contract generation.
• Design integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce CPQ.
• Hands-on knowledge of third-party applications that integrate with CPQ, such as DocuSign and S-Docs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to CPQ.
• Configure and customize CPQ features, including:
• Product configuration
• Pricing rules
• Product rules
• Quote templates and approvals
• Develop custom functionality using:
• Apex (Triggers, Classes)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Work on the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including contract and billing processes.
• Design and develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform, including declarative customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration.
• Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks related to solution feasibility and functionality.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and its capabilities.
• Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools:
• Apex
• Integration
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools:
• Process Builder
• Flow Builder
• Validation Rules
• Experience in data modeling and enterprise solution design.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).

Certifications (Preferred):
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect/System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
• Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Certification.

Experience:
• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
• 6+ years of Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ implementation experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including PI Planning and Scrum ceremonies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
