Bilingual Business Analyst – Agile, User Stories & Testing
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform/application objectives.
- Define objectives as a suite of user stories and specifications.
- Support MVP definition and delivery planning.
- Compare different systems and document functional differences and findings.
- Create user stories with clear, testable, and actionable acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure stories are properly specified and validated.
- Provide discipline, rigor, and technical skills to the story definition and validation process.
Documentation & Communication
- Document and create:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Training guides
- Functional documentation
- Demonstrate strong communication and articulation skills.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Agile Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with teams to provide delivery estimates for user stories and gain commitment.
- Define testing data and scenario coverage, including:
- Edge cases
- Non-functional scenarios
- Track and manage defects.
- Work with teams to prioritize and resolve defects.
- Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement.
Language Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Pharmacy domain knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile concepts and practices, including:
- User Stories
- Backlog Management
- Scrum
- Acceptance Criteria
- Knowledge of DevOps tools, including:
- Jenkins
- Gradle
- Git
- Knowledge of IT risk management principles and best practices.
- Manual testing experience.
