Tâches
- Supervise and oversee the execution of the production schedule.
- Ensure production quantities, established procedures, and deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate workforce allocation across workstations to optimize operations.
- Implement the weekly production plan and monitor its execution.
- Perform all other related duties.

Exigences du poste
- Fluent spoken French: Effective communication is essential.
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food industry.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), considered an asset.
- Positive leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
