Senior Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) Technical Architect
Experience Required: 8–10 Years
Role Description
We are seeking a proven, hands-on Senior Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Cloud Technical Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ & Billing (RCA / ARM) and enterprise Salesforce architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and architecting scalable Lead-to-Cash (Quote-to-Cash) solutions across complex enterprise environments.
The role requires strong technical leadership across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, along with deep specialization in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). The architect will work closely with customers to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end Salesforce solutions and act as a trusted advisor throughout delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) solutions.
• Deliver full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (minimum 5+ projects).
• Drive discovery, design, implementation, and optimization phases for Salesforce CPQ/RCA solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Revenue Cloud architectures.
• Act as technical design authority for Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Lead customer workshops, solution discussions, and architecture governance sessions.
• Define scalable solutions for:
• Product catalog modeling
• Pricing strategies
• Quoting and contract lifecycle
• Design and implement SFDC integrations, commerce flows, and output management.
• Provide best practices and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead project meetings as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of Salesforce design and architecture experience.
• Minimum 5 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
• Strong expertise in at least two of:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Marketing Cloud
• Mandatory experience in:
• Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA / ARM)
• Salesforce CPQ & Billing
