Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) Functional Consultant to join their project in August and will run for 1 year with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP MII project implementation experience and demonstrate adaptability. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee real-time production monitoring by acquiring and analyzing data from machinery, PLCs, sensors, and manufacturing execution systems.
- Generate comprehensive production reports to track output, downtime, scrap rates, quality control results, and overall efficiency.
- Design and maintain manufacturing dashboards to deliver live visibility into operational performance.
- Facilitate seamless data integration between plant-floor systems and the SAP ERP environment.
- Define, calculate, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including OEE, throughput, and cycle times.
- Implement exception management protocols to trigger instant alerts and escalate production issues as they occur.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
