CGI Montréal is looking for a passionate IT Operations Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the IT production environment and will have an overall view of the entire operational chain. Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Maintain full control of the IT operational chain while respecting service level agreements (SLAs)
• Provide Level 1, Level 2 (Level 3) support to resolve incidents
• Assist and support business units with their production needs (incidents, projects, etc.)
• Analyze incident impacts, propose continuous improvement initiatives, and define resilience processes
• Document incident tickets and operational procedures
• Deliver production deployment requests
• Be available for night and weekend support (rotation: 1 week out of 5)
• Coordinate and guide teams during incidents during night and weekend support
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Diploma or certificate in computer science or relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Autosys, Windows, MFT, MSSQL, Datadog
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and ITSM
• Knowledge of AWS environments and/or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Sybase, Unix, Oracle, JIRA
• Knowledge of scripting using PowerShell, Python and/or Bash
• Experience with Agile / Kanban environments
• Ability to adapt to various technologies
• Curious mindset and strong collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written)
