Are you looking to play a key role in developing innovative products and contributing to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Project Manager – Innovation to oversee product development projects and formula optimization while ensuring compliance and performance.

Votre rôle

Product Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project needs and feasibility
  • Formulate products while adhering to constraints (nutritional, regulatory, cost, ingredients)
  • Prepare technical specifications and associated documentation
  • Coordinate production tests (pilot runs) and analyze results
  • Ensure product compliance in collaboration with regulatory affairs
  • Participate in factory trials and support steps leading to commercial production

Continuous Improvement

  • Propose and lead projects to optimize formulas and processes
  • Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions
  • Contribute to improving processes, tools, and practices
  • Maintain database updates and document tracking (including RSDE files)

Ce que nous recherchons

Education and Experience

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (an asset)
  • Experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments (an asset)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel – Access is a plus)
  • Strong command of both French and English
