ServiceNow ITSM Architect

Location: Montreal / Mirabel | Work Model: [Hybrid]

Description du poste

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Architect to design, architect, and lead the implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM processes, ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, integrations, and ITIL best practices.

Responsabilités clés

  • Architect and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
  • Define platform architecture, governance standards, workflows, and integration strategies.
  • Lead solution design, technical reviews, and platform optimization initiatives.
  • Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, LDAP, and SSO.
  • Drive CMDB governance, Discovery, and Service Mapping initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance.

Compétences requises

  • 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Service Portal.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and OAuth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
