Our public sector client is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to deliver personalized B2B email marketing campaigns using marketing automation system

Join a high-impact digital marketing initiative supporting Canadian businesses through data-driven automation and optimized engagement. This role focuses on building, testing, and deploying responsive, CASL-compliant email templates and landing pages within an agile marketing environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist will execute multi-step automated campaigns and segmentation strategies using Eloqua. The contract offers visibility within a large national digital innovation program.

11 month Contract,

Ottawa, Hybrid (1-2 days) preferred.

Exigences

Must Haves

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with 3+ years as an email specialist in a B2B marketing organization using Eloqua or another marketing automation system / CRM
  • 3+ years developing responsive and accessible email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON
  • 3+ years applying B2B marketing best practices and CASL-compliant email operations
  • Experiencebuilding audience segments and targeting strategies, (Multi-criteria segmentation, Use of engagement data (opens, clicks, etc.)
  • , etc)

Nice to Have

  • Eloqua Campaign & Automation experience including multi-step workflows and segmentation logic
  • Eloqua Certification: B2B Oracle Eloqua Master or Modern Marketing Luminary

Responsabilités

  • Ideate, build, deploy, test, and enhance email campaigns and workflows in Eloqua
  • Develop responsive, accessible email templates and landing pages using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JSON
  • Deliver personalized and optimized email marketing programs creating demand for products and services
  • Recommend improvements to templates and workflows for Nurture & Grow squads and stakeholders
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement enhancements based on results
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain task progress using Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Ensure adherence to digital marketing best practices and CASL compliance
