Seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to manage infrastructure visibility, service mapping, event management, and operational automation for large telecom environments.
Responsabilités
- Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
- Implement Event Management and Operational Intelligence.
- Integrate monitoring and network management tools.
- Support cloud, network, and infrastructure operations.
- Ensure CMDB accuracy and governance.

Qualifications
