Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior SAP Signavio Consultant (10+ years) to lead enterprise-wide process modeling and governance using SAP Signavio and SAP S/4HANA -

We are seeking a SAP Signavio Consultant to serve as the organization’s Signavio subject‑matter expert, responsible for onboarding and scaling SAP Signavio across the enterprise. This role will lead the conversion of existing business process maps into Signavio Process Manager, support the implementation of Signavio Process Intelligence, configure Signavio Process Governance workflows, and act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.

This role is critical to enabling process transparency, governance, and continuous improvement in support of our SAP S/4HANA and digital transformation roadmap.

12 months contract to start. 37.5 hours/week. Candidates must be residing and working within Canada in PST (remote).

Must Haves

• 5+ years in business process management (BPM) including enterprise transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence, and Process Governance
• Expertise in BPMN 2.0 modeling and SAP S/4HANA process alignment
• Proven experience converting legacy process documentation into standardized enterprise models
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Nice to Have

• SAP Signavio certification
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology, SAP Solution Manager, or process mining analytics
• Background in process excellence or ERP transformation programs

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Modeling & Migration

• Lead the conversion and rationalization of existing business process documentation (e.g., Visio, ARIS, PowerPoint, legacy BPM tools) into SAP Signavio Process Manager.
• Ensure consistent modeling standards (BPMN 2.0)
• Ensure clear hierarchy (value chains, end‑to‑end processes, subprocesses)
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and S/4HANA target processes
• Establish and maintain process modeling conventions, naming standards, and governance rules

2. Signavio Process Intelligence Implementation & Support

• Support configuration and rollout of SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, including:
• Data integration from SAP S/4HANA and other source systems
• KPI definition, process metrics, and dashboards
• Identification of process deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to translate insights into actionable process improvements
• Help define value‑tracking metrics tied to transformation goals (e.g., cycle time, compliance, rework)

3. Process Governance & Workflow Configuration

• Configure and manage Signavio Process Governance:
• Process approval workflows
• Change requests and version management
• Roles, responsibilities, and authorization models
• Support enterprise governance objectives by ensuring:
• Controlled process changes
• Auditability and traceability of process decisions
• Alignment between process design and system configuration

4. Training, Enablement & Knowledge Sharing

• Develop and deliver training materials and hands‑on sessions for:
• Process owners
• Business analysts
• IT and SAP teams
• Act as the primary Signavio expert and escalation point within the organization
• Promote adoption by coaching teams on:
• Best practices for process modeling
• Using Signavio insights for decision‑making
• Embedding Signavio into project and change‑management lifecycles

5. Advisory & Continuous Improvement

• Serve as a trusted advisor on process excellence and transformation initiatives
• Stay current on SAP Signavio roadmap, new features, and best practices, advising stakeholders on opportunities to expand value
