Lumenix is a leading provider of hardware, software, sensors and artificial intelligence currently serving and trusted by thousands of clients across healthcare, commercial, residential, industrial and retail sectors in North America. Lumenix is committed to its vision of providing continuous value creation and enhanced safety for its partners and clients through the application of proprietary ambient agentic artificial intelligence, robotics engineering, interconnectivity and clean technologies. Our success is rooted in experienced leadership, proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to steward and foster fair and effective networks of self-belief, know-how and capabilities within our Lumenix family.
Our people are at the center of our value proposition as together we provide sophisticated solutions to some of the most important problems facing our clients. From our innovative cleantech platform to our Artificially Intelligent Monitoring System (“AIMS”), we bring the best of ourselves to our clients as we fulfill our quest to apply world leading enterprise solutions and our proprietary AI technologies to enhance the quality of life of our community partners. Lumenix is working to extend its platform internationally to export our solutions more broadly within both the developed and developing world.
Our Culture
Lumenix is dedicated to creating a workplace that values and respects people from diverse backgrounds and fostering a culture that enables collaboration. Our Lumenix family is comprised of team members with a unique combination of talents, experiences, and perspectives. We are proud to develop and nurture emerging leaders as they progress through their careers. Our team members bring a global perspective to every interaction to offer the right solutions for our partners.
Our History
Started in 2012, we built a national platform leveraging lighting, software and hardware sensors to solve clean tech and prop tech solutions. Acquiring the AIMS technology in 2020, Lumenix has developed the world’s only ambient agentic AI platform designed specifically for clinical use. Using a network of ceiling-embedded devices and infrared-based 3D sensors, the system anonymously perceives human behaviour and positioning, while remaining incapable of recognizing any personal information. AIMS delivers real-time, actionable intelligence that allows healthcare teams to proactively prevent adverse events, improve health outcomes, and support staff.
You
You want to work for a highly capable entrepreneurial company that is working to solve some of the most significant problems facing our world today. You are driven, view work as more than just a job, and are never satisfied with a project left half-done. You want to be surrounded by people like you; creative, fun-loving, and passionate about their work. You are motivated by making an impact on your team and workplace and you thrive on challenging and rewarding problems.
You are an experienced clinical leader who has built credibility with nurses, physicians, and hospital leadership across years of frontline practice and unit-level management. You have driven real change in your own unit and hospital — and you are looking for an opportunity to scale your impact beyond a single facility, work alongside other healthcare leaders and innovators, and bring the same clinical credibility and trust you've built locally to a national and international platform. You remain committed to the frontline — you believe the best work happens when people care about people, and leaders show up on units, listen carefully, and adoption is earned through trust, partnership, and consistency, not simply through process or mandate. You are excited by the opportunity to contribute to and be part of an organization that values the clinical voice in the design, implementation and evolution of world-leading healthcare technology.
Role Summary:
Lumenix is seeking an experienced bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Director of Clinical Implementation for the AIMS Platform. This role will serve as the founding clinical implementation lead supporting Lumenix’s engagement with MUHC for AIMS. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation, adoption, optimization, and long-term clinical integration of the AIMS Platform at MUHC along with other acute and long-term care environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on clinical experience, strong facilitation skills, and the credibility to engage nursing leadership and frontline teams in high-acuity settings.
As the primary clinical lead onsite, this individual will work closely with frontline nursing teams, interdisciplinary staff, hospital leadership, and internal Lumenix teams to support workflow integration, staff engagement, training, change management, and customer experience excellence.
This is a key role that is designed to scale alongside the organization’s continued growth. While the immediate priority is supporting MUHC, the position will also contribute to broader implementation strategy, deployment methodology, and future clinical expansion initiatives across additional healthcare partners in Canada and internationally. Over time, this individual may support the onboarding, mentorship, and leadership of additional regional clinical implementation resources as the AIMS platform expands.
What this role offers:
· Scaled clinical impact. Your work will directly shape how AIMS is implemented, adopted, and operationalized across healthcare environments. The implementation strategies, methodology, training, and frontline engagement approaches you help develop at MUHC will influence deployments across the organization.

You will work closely with internal leadership and cross functional teams to ensure the clinical voice remains central to innovation and technology development.
· Continued frontline connection. This is not a purely administrative or desk based leadership role. You will maintain meaningful on-site engagement with frontline teams, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders, building the trust and credibility required for successful long-term adoption and impact.
· Opportunity to drive outstanding customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to help shape implementation standards, influence deployment strategy, and contribute to the future scaling of clinical implementation resources across additional healthcare partners.
