Delivery Lead (Scrum Master / Agile Lead) Location: Montreal, QC Work Model: Hybrid About the Engagement This role supports a large-scale digital transformation program within a complex enterprise environment. The focus is on delivering multiple modernization initiatives including platform upgrades, integrations, and digital product development. The Opportunity We are seeking a Delivery Lead who operates hands-on within delivery teams, ensuring execution, coordination, and successful outcomes across multiple Agile squads. This is a highly collaborative role focused on delivery excellence rather than traditional project management. What You’ll Do Agile Delivery & Execution - Own end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives (planning, execution, and tracking) - Ensure sprint goals, velocity, and delivery timelines are met - Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers proactively - Coordinate across multiple teams in a SAFe / Agile environment Agile Leadership - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) - Act as a Scrum Master / RTE ensuring adherence to Agile best practices - Guide teams on continuous improvement and delivery optimization - Foster accountability and high-performance team culture Stakeholder & Program Coordination - Align delivery with broader program objectives and timelines - Provide clear and structured updates to stakeholders and leadership - Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization - Support release planning and production deployment coordination Tools & Best Practices - Leverage Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for tracking and reporting - Ensure proper use of Agile metrics and reporting dashboards - Promote standardization of processes and governance across teams What You Need Must-Have - Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Scrum Master / Agile Lead - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) - Experience working in large, complex, multi-team environments - Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence - Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills Nice to Have - Experience in digital transformation or modernization programs - Background working closely with development teams (Java / frontend / cloud) - Ability to manage delivery across multiple streams simultaneously Work Model - Initial onboarding: onsite for team setup and environment access - Hybrid model: 2 days/week onsite after onboarding Accessibility & Accommodation We are committed to building an inclusive and accessible workplace.
