Job Description Key Responsibilities Production & Support - Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of SSO and Identity Management platforms - Act as L3 escalation point for complex incidents and problem analysis - Proactively identify improvements to reduce recurring incidents Projects & Platform Evolution - Contribute to the delivery of identity and authentication-related projects - Support application teams during integration and troubleshooting phases - Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions - Drive automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency Governance & Change - Work within formal change and incident management frameworks - Ensure changes are properly documented, reviewed, and executed - Collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams Qualifications Profile - 5–7+ years of experience in Identity Management, SSO, or authentication platforms - Strong background in production support and incident management (L3) - Experience operating business-critical systems in large environments - Automation-oriented mindset - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Clear communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in regulated environments (e.g. banking or financial services) is a strong plus.
