Bilingual IT Service Desk Engineer – End User Support

Experience Required: 6–8 years
Location: Montreal, QC - Hybrid

Role Descriptions:

Must-Have:
  • Knowledge on End User Computing Devices (Laptop | Desktop | VDI)
  • Ability to provide technical support over the phone
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in resolving customer issues related to infrastructure
  • Assist with support of network connectivity | PCs | and VPN connectivity
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Client software
  • Ability to resolve issues and/or provide workarounds
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively identify solutions
  • Enthusiastic with focus on maintaining high end-user customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for desktops and laptops
  • Experience in Active Directory and desktop engineering
  • Hands-on experience with VMware and VDI troubleshooting
  • Language support: Canadian French (24x7)

Good-To-Have:

  • Ability to think around problems and come up with creative solutions
  • ServiceNow ticketing tool knowledge
  • Microsoft certification
