Our banking client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the ongoing stability and evolution of digital wealth platforms, balancing production support with new feature delivery (Remote; -22).

Overview:

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, owning the digital wealth experience by prioritizing production fixes, guiding feature development, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical execution while maintaining platform stability and leveraging post-launch metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Exigences

Must-Haves:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience within Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration between front-end digital platforms and legacy back-end systems
  • Proven ability to prioritize production fixes vs. new feature development while maintaining platform stability
  • Experience managing and communicating through major production incidents/outages across technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience translating business requirements into high-level technical specifications for engineering teams

Qualifications

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience within wealth management or digital banking environments
  • Understanding of how to present complex financial data (e.g., portfolios, tax documents, performance metrics) in a user-friendly way
  • Familiarity with digital wealth market trends and competitive financial products
  • Experience working closely with UX/design teams to enhance product flows and user experience
  • Experience defining and tracking post-launch product metrics to measure success and user behavior

Responsabilités

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment during both production incidents and feature releases
  • Prioritize and manage production issues, working with engineering teams to conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues within SLAs
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure new features enhance usability and align with overall product experience
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for development teams
  • Define, monitor, and analyze post-launch metrics to validate product performance and inform future enhancements
  • Balance short-term fixes with long-term product strategy to ensure platform stability and scalability
