This Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is designed as a true springboard: you will receive intensive coaching to master the art of complex prospecting and quickly evolve toward account management roles. - Schedule : 40h/week, Monday to Friday

Responsabilités
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling).
- Maintain a high activity volume with a target of 250 weekly interactions.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop penetration strategies for specific market niches.
- Become an expert in payment solutions and articulate the value proposition to high-level decision-makers.
- Rigorously manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications

Target Profile: You are a recent graduate or possess initial experience in sales (or high-intensity customer service, such as hospitality/restaurants).

- Soft Skills: High learning capacity (coachability), intellectual curiosity, and self-discipline.
- Full English proficiency to communicate daily with English-speaking clients located outside of Quebec.
- Education: A university degree is an asset, but we primarily value personality and growth potential.
