Structure : 1 year contract
Location : Downtown Montreal, QC Hybrid, 3 days per week in office
Rates : $95.00 - $115.00 p/h INC.

Livrables
- Lead and support agile transformation initiatives by coaching teams, facilitating ceremonies, and embedding agile best practices across squads and leadership levels.
- Act as a servant leader and change agent, fostering collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement while removing organizational impediments.
- Support governance, planning, and coordination across multiple teams, including quarterly planning, dependency management, and alignment with the target operating model.
- Provide hands-on Scrum Master support as needed, including backlog facilitation, sprint execution, metrics tracking, and delivery oversight.
Exigences
- 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3+ years as an Agile Coach or 5+ years as a Scrum Master in large enterprise environments.
- Strong experience leading agile transformations and coaching teams on frameworks such as Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and Disciplined Agile.
- Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies, mentor product owners and teams, and drive continuous improvement through metrics and feedback loops.
- Experience supporting enterprise tools and practices, including backlog and workflow management using platforms such as Azure DevOps considered an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with relevant agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Kanban), strong communication skills, and bilingual (French/English) capability.
