What we are looking for:

Fiera Capital is looking for a bilingual Advisor, Communications to support and enhance its internal and external communications. We are looking for a strong writer who can quickly grasp complex issues and deliver clear, strategic messages.

We are seeking a committed and reliable professional who works effectively within a team, shares information transparently, and contributes to a collaborative environment built on trust and respect.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting our internal culture, external visibility, and philanthropic commitments, including the tracking of donations and sponsorships.

Vos responsabilités

  • Write and translate press releases, web content, corporate documents, and key messages
  • Contribute to the development of public-facing content aligned with strategic priorities
  • Ensure consistency in Fiera’s external voice across various channels
  • Draft and adapt messages for employees, leaders, and teams
  • Support initiatives that promote clarity, culture, and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the quality, consistency, and impact of communications
  • Manage incoming donation and sponsorship requests
  • Maintain a clear record of commitments
  • Provide recommendations to optimize the impact of community initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Design) to deliver high-quality communications within established timelines
  • Help structure and simplify complex content to ensure clarity and consistency in a proactive and efficient manner

Exigences

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in internal/external communications, public relations, or a related sector
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and French
  • Proven ability to distill complex topics and produce impactful messages
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, autonomous, and rigorous
  • Experience in finance is a strong asset
