Job Description
Bilingual Marketing Copywriter — Remote

Creative role in the insurance industry focused on digital content, marketing copy, and website optimization. Responsible for writing and updating web pages, campaign messaging, and promotional materials while collaborating with marketing teams in a hybrid Montréal environment with exposure to SEO and digital content strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear and persuasive marketing copy for websites, email campaigns, digital promotions, brochures, and other communication materials.
• Develop messaging that communicates product and service value across digital and traditional channels.
• Edit and update existing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with current marketing strategies.
• Support the migration and updating of website content within a new content management system while following SEO and formatting best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, media, and internal stakeholders to gather information and define messaging, tone, and content structure.
• Conduct research and interviews to identify key product features and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
• Write articles, bulletins, sales materials, speeches, and other promotional communications.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging standards, and audience expectations.
• Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously from concept to final delivery.
• Contribute to presentations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives.

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
• 5–7 years of professional writing experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising environments.
• French and English are required to write, adapt, and revise marketing content, web pages, and communications intended for audiences and internal teams in both languages.
• Strong marketing background with experience developing content for digital campaigns and promotional materials.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing and SEO best practices is considered an asset.
