Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Remote in Canada (EST hours)

Responsabilités

  • Design and develop modern applications or dashboards with a strong emphasis on the presentation layer and analytic storytelling.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and presentation-ready visualizations using reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Engineer high-quality front-end components using Angular and related frameworks.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces that clearly communicate complex data relationships and trends.
  • Apply data visualization best practices to highlight trends and statistically meaningful patterns.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers, data engineers, data scientists, and product owners to ensure visualizations accurately reflect underlying data and business intent.
  • Translate KPIs, KRIs, and operational metrics into tailored views for varied audiences.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including Snowflake and ServiceNow, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Optimize UI solutions for performance, scalability, security, and WCAG accessibility compliance.
  • Leverage GenAI, Copilot, and AI-assisted development practices to improve development efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain automated UI testing frameworks to ensure reliability and maintainability.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Exigences

  • 4 years of experience in front-end or UI development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine UI engineering with analytic storytelling.
  • Experience creating visualizations through reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with state management.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, Jest) and modern SDLC practices.
  • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compétences souhaitées

  • Experience delivering executive-level dashboards or enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow data models or ITSM/ITIL platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience working in data-intensive or regulated enterprise environments.
