We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator – UAP Networks to support the deployment of marketing initiatives and customer programs across UAP NAPA banners.
Votre Rôle
- Coordinate communications and alignment between national and regional teams, as well as partners, to ensure the successful rollout of initiatives.
- Support the execution of national promotions and marketing campaigns while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events related to programs and banners.
- Oversee the administrative management of programs, including registrations, renewals, databases, and official documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure accuracy of information and quality of deliverables.
- Prepare reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and support budget monitoring and internal processes to assist decision-making.
Exigences
Profil
- College diploma in marketing, administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, project/program coordination, or administration.
- Excellent proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken. In this role, you will be required to collaborate regularly with internal clients across Canada.
