Job Title: Senior Interaction Designer
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – -days onsite, -day remote)
Duration: Months (With possible extension)
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract

What will the designer be working on?

As a member of the Online Banking Team, this designer will be working on company’s Payment experiences – enabling the clients to successfully navigate their day-to-day banking activities.

They will be working within an agile and cross-functional squad to ensure collaboration across design activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely within a cross-functional squad of designers, a product owner, and developers.
• Work with a team to deliver exceptional features for our clients and advisors – they will see features through from discovery to release.
• Partner with other designers and our product & technology peers to apply systematic thinking in their designs.

Must have skills:

• Strong communication, collaboration and influence skills.
• Has a Product Mindset.
• Has worked in an Agile setting and a proven track record of working closely with product owners and developers.
• Comfortable ‘working in the abstract’ before moving into screen designs.
• Experience with Design Systems.
• Proficient in Figma.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience using data/analytics to make design decisions.
• Experience with Design Research.
• Experience building platforms or reusable components.
• Bilingual FR & ENG.

Program/Technology/Software Knowledge:

• Figma, Confluence, Mural
