We are seeking a Panel Integration Specialist to accelerate the adoption of low‑voltage (LV) and medium‑voltage (MV) circuit breakers within the eOEM and panel‑builder ecosystem. In this hands‑on technical role, you will become the go‑to expert for mechanical and electrical integration, digital enablement, and standards compliance, helping our partners build safe, reliable, and future‑ready electrical gear. Intégration & Application Engineering
- Lead the design, validation, and implementation of all technical aspects of customer integration projects.
- Guide partners through mechanical and electrical integration of LV/MV breakers including drawout systems, shutters, interlocks, bus interfaces, thermal/arc considerations, and fault‑duty requirements.
- Define and validate mounting details, tolerances, clearances, dielectric distances, and electrical ratings (make/break, kA, short‑time withstand).
- Review and approve drawings, BOMs, test plans, and support FAT and technical verification.
Solutions numériques et connectées
- Design and validate communication architectures (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, BACnet/IP, IEC , EcoStruxure).
- Configure trip units, meters, sensors, gateways, time‑sync systems, and cybersecurity‑ready architectures.
- Develop application notes, wiring diagrams, commissioning checklists, and reference architectures.
Conformité & Normes
- Ensure partner compliance with UL/CSA and convert requirements into practical design criteria.
- Support risk assessments, design reviews, interlock validation, stored‑energy mechanism analysis, and LOTO‑readiness documentation.
Collaboration Client et Transfonctionnelle
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for eOEM partners and internal engineering, offer management, quality, and R&D teams.
- Support pre‑sales feasibility, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Deliver training, technical enablement sessions, and ongoing support to customers.

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power), Electro-Mechanics, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years’ experience in switchgear/panel building, LV/MV breakers, or protection and controls.
- Proven experience with mechanical integration of LV/MV power circuit breakers.
- Familiarity with CSA, CEC, and related product standards affecting gear integration.
- Able to travel up to 50% across Canada.
- For Quebec-based candidates functional French is required.
Qualifications préférées
- Demonstrated knowledge of Micrologic/PowerLogic or similar digital trip units, meters, and industrial communications (Modbus, IEC , Ethernet-based protocols).

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $91,-$, for candidates who are Ontario residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
