Salary: $90,000 - 140,000 per year
Requirements:- 6-10+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in NetSuite development
- Demonstrated success in delivering workflows, automations, and reporting within an ERP/Finance framework
- Proficient in SuiteScript 2.x for building, troubleshooting, and maintaining applications
- Expertise in SuiteFlow workflow design and problem-solving
- Strong reporting skills using SuiteAnalytics, including Workbooks, saved searches, and KPI dashboards
- Ability to convert Accounting requirements into technical solutions with a focus on delivery
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles like version control, safe deployments, structured testing/UAT, and performance-oriented design
- Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bonus: Experience with a NetSuite partner or in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Knowledge of integrations (SuiteTalk/REST/SOAP/middleware) or relevant NetSuite certifications
- Manage and enhance our NetSuite environment by comprehensively understanding existing customizations, scripts, workflows, roles/permissions, reporting, and integrations
- Document current operational processes while identifying quick wins, risks, and technical debt affecting Accounting functions
- Collaborate with Accounting to map comprehensive processes, including controls, decision points, and responsibilities
- Design, construct, and oversee SuiteFlow workflows ensuring clear standards and auditability
- Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x customizations to safely and efficiently enhance NetSuites functionality
- Create and refine SuiteAnalytics reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support Accounting KPIs and operational clarity
- Ensure all deliverables are testable and traceable, including UAT scenarios, release notes, and streamlined documentation
- Participate in collaborative sessions with Accounting and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and present solutions
- Minimize outsourcing by taking ownership of recurring backlog items and only escalating unique issues externally
