Internship from May to September (4 months), with the possibility of extension and/or permanent employment at the end of the internship.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized intern to support the performance and quality of our website and online catalog. You will help improve product visibility, site navigation, and the overall shopping experience, working closely with the Developer, UX/UI Designer, and Web Coordinator.
This internship offers hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preparing you for roles such as E-Merchandiser, E-Commerce Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
Responsabilités
- Maintain and optimize product pages and categories to enhance visibility and user experience
- Refine site structure, filters, and internal search to improve product discoverability
- Support SEO best practices and strengthen internal linking to boost organic traffic
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of content
- Assist with seasonal updates and site enhancements
- Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to the implementation of new web features
Exigences
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a college or university degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field
- Exposure to e-commerce, digital marketing, website management, or a similar environment (internships or academic projects are considered)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with an interest in performance metrics and user behavior
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Bilingual (French/English), with strong English for US client communication
