Senior IT Business Analyst

Introduction
Hi, I'm Robin Sionniere, Recruitment Consultant at FED IT, specializing in IT roles. I'm currently looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst / Project Manager for one of my clients in the transport industry.
Missions
- Leading and facilitating workshops to gather and define functional and technical requirements.
- Analyzing and documenting business processes and existing system architecture.
- Drafting functional and technical specifications as well as comprehensive requirement documents.
- Performing opportunity and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
- Prioritizing projects and preparing project charters.
- Applying Agile / Scrum methodologies and writing clear User Stories.
- Managing technology projects from objective definition to production deployment.
- Defining and enforcing governance rules for IT projects.
- Coordinating activities between cross-functional teams and the IT department.
- Overseeing and monitoring the IT project portfolio.
Exigences
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in IT project management or cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (Lucidchart, MS DevOps, JIRA, SharePoint, SQL).
- Expertise in BPMN modeling, SWOT analysis, and process mapping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (French and English).

Conditions
