What we are looking for:
Established in 2016 by Fiera Capital and three former executives of a large Canadian pension plan, Fiera Comox is composed of a group of seasoned investment professionals with impressive track records who have worked together deploying multiple billions of dollars in private transactions globally. Fiera Comox provides attractive long-term returns through four distinct global private investment strategies: Agriculture, Timberland, Private Equity, and Private Credit.


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team and support the financial operations of our investment funds. This role offers a strong opportunity to gain exposure to private markets and fund reporting while working closely with internal teams and external administrators.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist in the review of the documentation prepared by the fund administrators for investment-related operations of the Funds of the investment strategies;

  • Assist in the review of monthly and quarterly investor reporting for the Funds;

  • Assist in the review of the month end close of the Funds;

  • Assist in the review of the financial statements and notes of the Funds;

  • Participate in the preparation of monthly finance dashboards and reports for the Funds;

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to transform and automate reporting and operational processes;

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Undergraduate in Business Administration, Major in Finance or Accounting.

  • Interest in private market fund and direct investments accounting and financial reporting;

  • Attention to detail, drive and team spirit;

  • Analytical skills and ability to solve problems and provide client services;

  • Tact, diplomacy and ability to interact with people from different organizational levels;

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written, in English and French.
