Job Description
Focus areas:
- Develop / configure software & tools to deliver test automation
- Onboarding various DevOps practices to software delivery
- Design, implement and enhance test automation solution and frameworks with focus on CICD
- Update existing automation suites to achieve higher coverage objectives, framework based on JAVA + Python
- Collaborate with other delivery teams and business to research and develop new tools to improve productivity and efficiency
Qualifications:
Skills Required:
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience as software developer in test (SDET) or DevOps
- Expert in various automation tools & technologies, such as TDD, BDD (JBehave/Cucumber)
- Extensive hands-on experience in distributed programming languages such as: Java/Python
- Proficient in traditional RDBMS schema concepts and SQL
- Proficient in project builds using Gradle or Maven
- Source code management tools such as: GIT / VSS
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach
Skills Desired:
- Self-starter ability to learn application architecture & new tools with minimal supervision
- Proficient in continuous integration tools such as: Jenkins, TeamCity
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
