This role is a full-time, permanent Sales and Marketing leadership position within a Canadian dermo-cosmetic organization, reporting to senior operations leadership and based on-site. The position is responsible for defining and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, drive retail partnerships, and strengthen customer engagement in a competitive healthcare and beauty market. Key responsibilities include leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, overseeing brand communication, analyzing performance metrics, staying ahead of industry trends, and managing both a national field sales team and an internal marketing team.
