The Senior Business Analyst/Power Platform Expert will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our corporate tools. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross‑functional back‑office teams, this person will analyze business needs, evaluate and design solutions, and oversee end‑to‑end delivery to ensure that new features are robust, scalable, and aligned with our operational goals. In this role you will :
  • Take ownership of D CRM and related solutions, acting as subject‑matter expert across Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service and custom applications.
  • Leverage the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to enhance and extend CRM functionalities.
  • Optimize and maintain integrations between CRM and other internal systems (Azure, HRIS, ERP, Power BI, etc.).
  • Define data governance standards and establish internal CRM best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, evaluate and refine business and end‑user needs.
  • Document processes and technical solutions, while supporting the team in work methodologies such as Agile Scrum and DevOps.
What we're looking for :
  • Expert in Power Platform (5+ years) with knowledge of Project Operations, Sales, and Customer Service apps.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the autonomy to work with minimal supervision.
  • Organized and familiar with Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Functional understanding of administrative processes (Sales, Finance, HR, Recruitment, Support).
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
