Êtes-vous une personne minutieuse, organisée et passionnée du service à la clientèle ? Nous recherchons un.e Technicien.ne en Avantages Sociaux pour rejoindre notre équipe et jouer un rôle essentiel dans la gestion des programmes d’avantages sociaux des membres de notre équipe.

Dans ce poste, vous serez responsable d’assurer l’administration des avantages sociaux, d’accompagner les membres de l’équipe dans leurs demandes et de collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes ainsi qu’avec nos fournisseurs externes afin de garantir un service de qualité supérieure.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Répondre aux appels et aux courriels des membres de l’équipe et des gestionnaires concernant les dossiers d’avantages sociaux, d’invalidité, d’épargne-retraite et de gestion des absences et des vacances ;
  • Administrer les programmes d’avantages sociaux, d’épargne-retraite et de gestion des absences et des vacances pour les magasins corporatifs, associés et bannières;
  • Participer au processus de renouvellement annuel des assurances collectives ;
  • Soutenir nos magasins associés et bannières en répondant à leurs questions concernant les programmes d’avantages sociaux et d’épargne-retraite ainsi que la facturation, en leur fournissant la documentation appropriée et en assurant un suivi rapide et efficace.

Qualifications requises

Pour vous joindre à notre équipe, il faut, entre autres :

  • Diplôme en administration ou ressources humaines avec un minimum de 1 année d’expérience pertinente;
  • Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, car vous devrez collaborer avec des collègues et des clients à travers le Canada.
  • Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, avec une capacité démontrée à écouter, comprendre et répondre efficacement aux membres de l’équipe;
