YOUR CHALLENGES

The primary mission of this role is to manage the entire video production process for OHStraining training programs and client training projects, from planning through final delivery.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete Video Production Management Plan and coordinate the production of OHStraining training programs and client video projects;
  • Define production schedules, priorities, and key milestones;
  • Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met;
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and client video projects;
  • Conduct video shoots in studio or on client locations;
  • Manage lighting, sound, framing, and video capture;
  • Perform video editing, audio integration, and motion graphics;
  • Adapt content for multiple formats, including online training, short capsules, and updates;
  • Coordinate voice-over artists, translators, writers, and other external collaborators;
  • Review content and prepare teleprompter scripts;
  • Track deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with objectives;
  • Validate final versions prior to integration;
  • Maintain the internal studio in a functional and operational state;
  • Manage inventory, maintenance, and evolution of video and audio equipment;
  • Recommend technical or process improvements;
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and pedagogical effectiveness of training content;
  • Comply with occupational health and safety requirements and online training standards;
  • Maintain a professional image aligned with the OHStraining brand.

  • Training productions delivered on time and within approved budgets;
  • Full autonomy across the video production workflow;
  • Consistent professional video and audio quality;
  • High satisfaction of internal teams and clients;
  • Effective coordination of external collaborators.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional video production experience;
  • College diploma in audiovisual production, multimedia design, or equivalent (an asset);
  • Strong expertise in filming, editing, and post-production;
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop;
  • Solid understanding of video-based learning principles;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • High level of autonomy and strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to lead projects independently from initiation to delivery;
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset;
  • Comfortable working with internal and external collaborators;
  • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach;
  • Comfortable in a growing and evolving environment;
  • Interest in training, education, and occupational health and safety (an asset);
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken;

Ability to grow with the role and continuously improve processes.
