Deliverables

• Strong experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on user experience (UX), to support a squad within the “Channels and Marketing” product family.
• Lead user research activities (interviews, workshops, testing) to understand needs, pain points, and success criteria, translating insights into actionable requirements.
• Document and model current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) processes, including journey maps, scenarios, business rules, and flow models to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and value-based prioritization in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery through refinements, planning, demos, UAT, and post-release optimization while driving continuous improvement of digital customer journeys.

Experience Required

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or product environments with strong exposure to UX and customer journey design.
• Proven experience conducting user research, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with multi-stakeholder groups.
• Strong experience working within Agile squads, managing backlogs, and contributing to iterative product delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to model business processes, define business rules, and translate complex requirements into clear, structured deliverables.
• Bilingual communication skills (French and English) with strong analytical, synthesis, and stakeholder influence capabilities.
