What you're responsible for :
- Collect, clean and analyze data to identify patterns, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Conduct root-cause analyses and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Produce structured Excel reports with documented methodologies and reproducible appendices
- Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with IT to deploy workflows and data integration solutions
- Support ERP system implementation and monitor the performance of automated solutions
- Participate in process mapping and documentation, integrating digital solutions where appropriate
- Support the CI Specialist, Manager and Director across all project phases (analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, maintenance)
- Build cross-functional relationships and actively contribute to workshops and co-creation sessions
Exigences
To join our team :
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (Master's an asset)
- 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in data analytics, BI and process automation
- Experience in continuous improvement or process transformation (asset)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL and Python
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, VBA or equivalent
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving and data storytelling skills
- High autonomy, ownership mindset and results-driven attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingualism required (French/English)
