Role Summary:

Based in Montreal, the Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing integrated marketing initiatives that support business objectives and brand visibility. This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of marketing programs, ensuring campaigns are implemented efficiently, consistently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business strategy and objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
  • Coordinate events and sponsorships, supporting planning, logistics, materials, and on-site execution.
  • Draft press releases and support media relations activities, including approval coordination and distribution.
  • Support advertising campaigns by coordinating creative development, media placements, and agency partners.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing content across digital, print, internal, and social media channels.
  • Manage social media coordination by reviewing agency-drafted content and approving posts prior to publication.
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing priorities.
  • Produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional assets in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Coordinate promotional merchandise ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution.
  • Organize and support photo and video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and asset management.
  • Partner with Human Resources to support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing, employee testimonials, onboarding videos, and careers website updates.
  • Support community engagement initiatives through coordinated communications and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, public affairs, or a related discipline.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to shifting demands, and perform effectively under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams across multiple geographies and time zones, and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Willingness to travel up to five times per year within Canada, the United States, and internationally.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with occasional periods of increased workload to support key initiatives, events, or project deadlines.

Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:

Position requires Controlled Goods Clearance and Level 2 Secret Clearance.
