Through this unique experience, you will be able to innovate, surpass yourself and collaborate with students and recent graduates by contributing to the mission of a global company, which is a leader in its field. Come and share your passion with us!

The challenge we offer:

The time when training required everyone to read the same textbook and complete the same exercises soon seems to be over. What if the training content could be adapted to each person's learning preferences and strengths and weaknesses?

As part of this challenge, you will study how training content can dynamically adapt to learners' preferences (e.g., visual, auditory, or mixed) and evaluate the impact of media personalization on learning engagement and effectiveness. You will conduct a broader review of the field of adaptive learning technologies and identify using the latest scientific publications the major trends and preliminary conclusions regarding the effectiveness of artificial intelligence models applied to adaptive learning systems.

This challenge is an opportunity not only to draw on the scientific literature on the subject, but also to put forward commercially available applications and to propose, or even prototype, an adaptive ecosystem allowing each learner to configure and customize the way he or she interacts with his or her training and assessment material.
