Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist with deep expertise in Power BI and strong technical skills to support enterprise data engineering projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers, follow Agile practices, and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making across business units.
- Partner with data engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and data pipeline support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, follow epics and user stories, and maintain documentation standards.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for analytics and reporting.
Non-Negotiables / Must-Have Skills
- Power BI expertise: Minimum 5+ years building dashboards and using analytics for decision-making.
- Data engineering support: Experience working closely with developers and technical teams.
- Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge of DAX, SQL, and Python.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced data modeling and optimization in Power BI.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools and processes.
Experience
- 8–10 years in data analytics or related IT roles.
Interview Process
- 1–2 rounds via Teams; in-person may be requested.
- Focus on technical questions, project complexity, and best practices.
