In-Sport Fashions Inc. | Montreal, QC (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote)
We’re looking for a Paid Media & SEO Specialist to join our in-house marketing team and help drive digital performance across a growing portfolio of premium outdoor, lifestyle, and active brands.
This is a mid-level, hands-on role focused primarily on paid media execution and optimization, with SEO as a secondary support function. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to plan monthly priorities, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously improve results across multiple brands.

As a full-service brand builder, we support our partners through national distribution, e-commerce, and marketing strategy across both DTC and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
- Manage paid media for 8-10 brands, with additional brands added as the company scales
- Execute campaigns aligned with monthly product stories, launches, restocks, and performance goals identified during monthly planning meetings
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting to support ROAS and CPA targets
- Collaborate on strategy development while operating within clear direction and final campaign sign-off from senior leadership
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor performance across platforms and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
- Produce weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creative, placements, and landing pages
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, and overall ROI
- Execute light creative work using existing brand assets, content libraries, and creative guidelines
- Build static ads, basic animations, text overlays, and short video edits using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Work from provided creative direction to ensure assets are on-brand and performance-focused
- Identify high-performing creative patterns and iterate based on data and platform insights
SEO Support & Optimization
- Support organic performance by implementing foundational SEO best practices across brand websites
- Conduct keyword research, basic on-page optimization, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with e-commerce and content teams to improve SEO across product pages, landing pages, and blogs
- Monitor SEO performance using GA4 and Google Search Console and provide high-level reporting
- Flag technical SEO gaps and coordinate with internal teams or brand partners to support improvements
- This role does not require deep SEO specialization, but comfort executing and improving existing SEO foundations is important
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
- Recommend new tools, channels, or tactics that support performance and growth objectives
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience working with Shopify, including tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and event tracking
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and reporting tools
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical basics)
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable executing light creative work with provided direction
- Strong written communication and ad copywriting skills
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, outdoor, or consumer brands is an asset
